How cumbersome is the saginaw three point hitch to get on and off. I would like a 3 point on ocassion but I wonder how in the way it might be.

Hi, I have a similar 3 pt on the MD, its called a cornhusker. But I made a step to get on and off the front left, I use that a lot, would be hard though if you like fenders. Good Luck, Chuck

I have my new Saginaw three point hitch in the barn and hope to hang it on a 44H this weekend. It sure is pretty and I can’t wait to get her done
If I read you question correctly. I don't see any problems putting it on and even taking it off again, looks relatively simple.

My only dilemma is that the cylinders are two way and I wondering if I really have a need for 2 way. I am leaning toward not for now. I can always change later.

Vent the "down" ports on your two cylinders, they are then one way. And, modern 3 points do not have down pressure.

It's not too bad. I have one on an H, and it even has a non - slip pad on both sides to help you get on and off.

Al,

I think that is about your only choice.
