anyone who has met me will get as good a laugh as I did with this one!

From: Mark
Subject: Weight

This is not meant to be an insult or anything but people are talking at work about your weight.I thought you should know. I know it would upset you if you knew but I know some friends here and outside work that have used a program that worked within weeks. I am not pushing anything on you but thought
it wouldn't hurt if you looked at it. I also think I am doing you a favor as it's always
nice when people talk about how much better you look than how much you've been putting on. I hope I am not intruding, just trying to help out. My cousin & friend Mike used this and it
helped alot. Here is the site I know they got it from direct

Daughter thought it was "cool" to get a flyer from the Navy about life after school. I told her she wasn't tall enough. "WHAT are you kidding" she said. Not if you weight 170. She joined Weight Watchers.
Black guy weighted 205 without any fat on him and he got out of the Air Force on a "Fat Boy" waiver.
Daughter is about 8 inches shorter than he was.

Not exactly sure what you'd call that kind of sales technique. Most of my junk mail seems to be from folks worried about my love life. Make me wonder how the heck they know?:)

Had the fleet out this weekend and the old G barks as loud as ever. Paved the road up to the house and its almost like an interstate now! No dust and track ruts from run off! Take care! Steve
