Now Guys,

I said a long time ago that when the Cowman gives ya advice, drop what you are doing and listen to him.

He told me that he thought the little Hydro 70 would make a nice loader tractor.

Boy! Was he ever right! Between the quick hydraulics of the loader and the smooth drive of that hydro, this is one heck of a nice operating machine!

Got the grapple all plumbed in and replaced one bad pulley on the tilt; then took it out and put it to work.

I wouldn't sell it now at any price! :>)

Thanks Howard!

Allan

Allan;
Well...that should put you in the "Farmhand Hall of Fame". I'd be curious to know how many old F10's were brought back to life and put into service this year. Not many I bet. At one time they were as common as working windmills around here.
Nice looking rig!

I'll tell ya what gets me.

Don't know how long this thing has laid in the weeds.

Hooked it all up and out of all four cylinders, not as much as one drop of oil leaking. That's gotta be some kind of a record, 'taint it?

I would have guessed going in that I'd have to overhaul 'em all. :>)

Now that Allan has that loader on the Hydro 70, we won't be hearing much from him. As he will be finding work to do with it or should I say PLAY, like restacking hay, moving bales from here to there and back again..... ....LOL

Hey buddy, you've Walked through more hay than I've put up, but back here if you stacked them like that, the rain would run off the top bale and down between it and the next bale and they'd rot faster than a three-legged frog in Calaveras County. Don't know, maybe you don't get enough moisture out there. Hey, how big are those bales? My 845 makes 5x5's that are about 1000 lb bales of grass hay. Yours look a lot bigger than that. Hey good job on the loader. Harley
