Curt your thread about wedge lock wheels just up and flew away. I've been away quite a bit this week and notice yours along with some other subjects are missing. I understand Kim had a Farmall page melt down. There is quite a bit she hasn't found yet.

Your thread must be in the archives as I responded to it through the forum notification process a full 24 hours after it disappeared from the Farmall page.

There were some other subjects I found rather interesting and planned on reading when I got home the other evening. There has not been a trace of them since either.

Wheels are still on her. I've spent the last few days tuning up the New Holland 1100 haybine. My buddy took the NH out and cut his 7 acres of grass this morning while I was at my daughters graduation. When he was done he found that he threw the chain on the conditioner. Spent the afternoon pulling out the conditioner for repairs.

I did get the steps on that I got from Cowman. Hopefully the battery boxes will get here on Monday. I may get to the wheels tomorrow, but I need to pull out the baler and give it the once over.

I remember reading that thread, but like you said, it seems to have disolved. Speaking of the wedge lock wheels, I looked at an 856 at an auction just yesterday, it did NOT have the wedge lock wheels.

Rusty: Your right, not all 856 had wedge locks. Around here I'd say about 65% have wedge locks. I've been making a mental note since about 2001, something like 2 dozen tractors and well over half are wedge lock.

Speaking of missing threads, another one missing is River Bottom Farmer getting his H up and running. I think you and I both had responded to that. I did early one morning and that evening I couldn't find it.

I'm wondering if Kim doesn't have some servers or geographic locations shut out as well. I haven't seen any posts by Curt or River Bottom Farmer since either. There are a few other folks absent as well.
