Will look this weekend at a Mc-Cormick deering. Sheet metal in good condition and by the looks of pics everything is there. Outside for at least 10 yrs. Owner (lady) does not know if its ceased. Info on plate 1000 rpm No. KC 79499
Any ideas to year, model and fair value? Neither one ous wants to take advantage of the other. Your help appreciated.

I bought a Farmall A with the engine seized and it came with a 16-inch moldboard plow. The tractor was in sad shape and I gave $100.00 for it. I have a picture of it if you want see the tractor when finished. I have a picture of a 1927 10-20 McCormick Deering that was restored by a man in Iowa. His dad bought it new in 1927. I think it was sheltered since it was new. Hal

that serial number would be a 1927 model 10-20, don't know what you mean by "ceased"? maybe it quit running? passed away? I've never seen one that couldn't be brought back to life if money and time is no object.

He means seized. Spelling has never been a requirement to post here.
