Looking to buy a Super MTA. I drove it today and noticed the shift from low to high is a soft shift, not aggresive. The TA has just been rebuilt. Is there an adjustment to get the shift more aggresive?

From low to high is like letting the clutch out the rest of the way because it is a clutch you... However, get out the owner's manual & double check those external adjustments, especially if tractor seems to not want to shift trans from any gear to neutral with ease. And if Ease is not around!!

That's kinda the way they work. You might want someone who is familier with one to drive it for you.
