Happy Birthday to a guy that I have never seen or met, but one thing I can say, when Jimmy King posts, he is honest, sincere, helpful and says so in his kind and homey way. That's why Jimmy my cyber space friend that I take this opportunity to say so, I always enjoy what you have to say...Happy Birthday Jimmy King! from Mike in Exeter Ontario

Well happy B Day from up Rolla way. I knew it was coming up but didn't know what day in November. Hope you have a good one and all is well down your way. Nice to see Harley chipping in here as well. Hal

Jim: Happy Birthday, believe me the driving force behind my earlier post was your comments of self description from YT posts of days gone by. I'm sure Harley will acomodate us sooner or later.

Who ate the most turkey on Thanksgiving you or your 90+ year old mom. From your past comments, I bet she can still hold her own. Great to be able to see folks her age still able to live on their own, do their own thing like having the family in to dinner.

Tom: I'll second that on one condition. Some of you guys near MO go to get a photo of Jim, post it on Farmall page, just so we can all see how well preserved this young 64 year old really is.

Then there is the factor that he did enjoy a laugh at other carcasses seen on YT.

Hugh, no sooner said than done. He is a right handsome lad and I just hope I can still walk when I am as young as he is, let alone work the hours he does.

Sorry guys, I've got Jimmy's picture from this summer's Ozark Steam and Power show and for the like of me I can't get it to go where I want it to. Oh well, take it from me, he's a man's man, and I'm not even that way. Harley

The "mans man" comment reminded me of something that happen in the 60s when I was in the military.
I played in a band on the week-end with a buddy who played New Orleans style piano. We got a call to this new restaurant opening. On our first break we met the owner and low and behold it was the famous "Marlboro Man" from all the posters in the 60s. We noticed that he had a male friend that he got very "close" to and then mine and my buddies girlfriends brought up the fact that they were the only girls in the place. We finished that night and never went back. Any way just a little side note on a rainy Sunday mornin.
