Not a big deal on them brakes like ACe said it could be just the bull pinion seal or it could be the piston seal . anyway ya got to get in there and look and see NOW THE one thing that they did not tell ya is that ya need to reset the self adjuster after ya fix eveything and make sure that the return springs are free More then likely you will find the isolator plate has broken off the piston don't panic clean it up if it is in one pice with brake kleen and use some good apoxie and gule it back on if ya are going to replace the two large O/RING on the piston then clean up the surfaces with 180 emery and i use white grease for assambly then after it is all back together ya have to bleed the brake the bleeder is on top start the tractor open the bleeder and push the brake pedal down till ya got a stream and close while holding the pedal down .all done good to go .

JTB they are dry brakes on a 1206 so the brake shaft seal must have went bad, or the brake piston o ring. You will have to take it a part and inspect it to see which. The 1206 came with semimatelic disks and need to be broken in for them to last. I don't think they are made any more. If you can get the matelic post again and I can tell you to brake them in. Make sure the self adjusting screw is free and the stop clip is good.

CIH still has the heavy duty metalic disc's, but they cost a good bit more. Unless your pulling and holding heavy loads I would put the standard ones in. Its also a good idea to get yourself a service manual. When you have them apart put in the seal kit from CIH and the disks. Make sure you have all the grease cleaned out and put them back together the exact way they came apart.
