that a John Deere 2030 gas went for $14,000 today at a farm auction ! Another 2030 D went for $8,000 and it was in better condition as far as I could see and it had a loader . I couldn't tell why the gasser went for so much . The paint wasn't any good but it was straight and it was a working tractor till recently . Those had everyone baffled except the ones that were bidding on them . A Super C that needed a ring gear brought close to $2000 so maybe I didn't do so bad on the M after all ...Randy

Just some more rich people ruining another poor man's hobby... like they did to car collecting/restoring already.

I kinda dis-agree with you on that one Steven. The rich guys aren't running up the price on the kind of tractors I'm buying. They may be on the ones I try to sell, but that only gives me more money to buy the cheap ones I can afford to fix up. They don't seem to want the ones that are stuck and need tires. I bought a 'H' in that condition 2 weeks ago for $55.00,I don't have any plans for it yet,but I think I can make money on it. John.

I've got a 52 Super C that I wouldn't sell for a million dollars (It was my late dad's.) Now I DO have a 59 Cub I'm almost through restoring with a Woods belly mower that I MIGHT consider selling. Make an offer.
