It's been 99 to 100 since July 4th. Hope it gets to the mid 90's by september. Ah summer in Texas.

scotty: I for one rather like the heat, nothing wrong with it at all if that blessed humidity stays down. Been the same here pushing the low 90s everyday but the humidity has been in the 40% to 60% range most days. I find that a whole lot easier to hack than Nova Scotia's 75 to 80 degrees and 95% humidity. Now if your getting 90 degrees and 95% humidity, then my friend I feel for you.

Can you round up an extra bucket? It's better to look at projects with a friend. Oh, maybe an extra 12 pack too ;)

Just what do you mean a 12pac i have to drive 17mi and just get 2 cases to save on gas and if it dont cool down soon will have the truck stop. Sure glad for the fridge in the garage and the ice maker. Too soon it will be cooler and we will wonder where summer went.

I didn't want to seem greedy and/or needy.

PS - I keep a keg on tap in the summer just for such occasions.

INDEED Scotty!

It's been a couple years since the highs here even approached 90 here. This summer seems every day is bringing low to mid 90's. And with daytime dewpoints hanging in the 70's it's nearly inhuman.

But don't the heat away too hard. Too soon we'll be again bundled in Carhartts, Sorel boots and wooly hats and complaining about the cold! ...Bob

Well MN gets a 2 day break from the heat. Need rain bad. July and Aug seem to be more in the 90's than I ever remember. Lost my beer space in the fridge to the wifes Diet foods. She's a hottie that thinks she has to lose to fit in her damn high school jeans. WOMEN??!! Guess it's time to get that fridge for the shop or barn.

I'm with you on that one. Seems like I got nothing done since this heat moved in. Worst days are when a shower moves thru and then you can see the steam everywhere. Sure am glad I put that little fridge in the basement and filled it full of lager.

Hay sure seems to like the heat and humidity though.

My wife collects Pepsi memorabilia and has a couple of pop machines. The beer keeps nice and cold in there.

Yeah, but when the neighbors figure out they can get a cold beer for a dime you won't have it long!
