I was runnin down the road yeasterday on my way to Waco and saw a wide front M or Ssuper M settin by the road for sale. I was runnin about 80 so could not be sure. Had no time to turn back. But the whole way to Waco I kept thimkin better try and buy her. There lies the question. Can anyone give me an Idea of High and low end I should expect to pay. Or a starting offer. Don't know anymore than that. Could tell the rears were not flat.
Thanks Herb

Herb,

If the price in Ohio is any help, I bought a straight wide front M with Saginaw 3 pt, fenders and live hydraulic for $1725 on eBay. I and the seller were both happy. It goes nicely with my wide front H.

Assuming it runs and is in fair-good condition: M, $750-$1500; Stage 1 Super M, $1000-$2000; Stage 2 Super M, $2000-$2500, Super MTA, $3000-up. Wide front is a plus to some people provided it isn't worn out. The price you pay is your agreement with the seller.

Thanks CNKS thats what I need. Now to get the wife to go with for a look. Always seems easier if I envolve her from the start. Course spring is here in Tx so sleepin in the shop might not be too bad. If gets cold one night I could start the old wood burner.
Thanks again. Herb

My wife likes tractors (or else she likes for me to have something to do) I have a Super A, two C's, an H, Super H, M, and a 460 Hi-utility, and 2 acres to use them on, bought the 2nd C today. Prices ranged from $600 for the H to $2650 for the 460, average $1614 for the 7. The Super H and the 460 were a little steep, the C I bought today was $1550, has a wide front in good condition. Now if I only had the money to work on them -- .
