I would like to know if anyone knows where I
can find a Carburetor overhaul kit for a 450 diesel. I have looked all over and am not having
any luck. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Greg

you may be correxct about that paul but terryger has forgotton more about diesels than you will ever know. what you are calling a diesel was somebody's brainfart. that is my they no longer exist and they were ceratainly NOT diesels if they had a carburator regardless of what you want to call them anymore than a gas fuel injection is a diesel. check out what they used as fuel in those days like coal oil. that should clear it up for you.

but that's okay. believe what you want. have a nice day but just keep away from my diesels. :-)

Some diesels start with gas and then switch over.
