Think of it this way the faster you pump a hand water pump the faster you fill a bucket with water. Works the same way for hyd. systems faster RPM more gpm

It's normal if you are satisfied with the speed it raises at idle -- I suspect you aren't. What tractor are you talking about?

First thing change the fluid and filter, if that does not help you may have internal problems. I have a 460 utility, which replaced the 350, currently disassembled, not that familiar with either one. Mine was 1/3 full of water.

you should do a pressure check on the system first then you can check the screen where the lines go into the resivoir ,may be plugged.hy tran fluid has a waxy content that can cause a build up there.also pressure regulator valve or safty valve or aweak pump.

Hello,
You need to check the suction screen, it is a pain to do because of that it probably hasn't been done before. It is under the seat the the lid is very heavy and needs to be lifted straight up so you don't break the screen or anything. Mine has problems but it is with the pump I have a 350U also. Have a good one. Mark
