Hi Oldtime, We had a 1926 10-20 with a pto, it was bought before I was born and it replaced a Fordson that my late dad couldn't start. Our neighbor had a 15-30 with the pto too, but he only used it for belt work. He did custom threshing back in the 40's and 50's. We only used the pto on the 10-20 for our IH combine.

We have an early 15-30. The chasis is stamped month day and year for 23, the engine only has month and date and it is in 22. It has an air cleaner the size of a 5 gallon bucket. I have never seen one that big. The wheel centers are diffrent, and it has tall angle bar lugs, having spent all of its former life on a belt. We don't have a PTO shaft for ours either. At least I don't think we do, I will check.

dph, I would like to see your 15-30. I have a 1921 15-30 and would like to converse off-forum if you don't mind.

I have one in a very early 10-20. Not real common. I have an extra for a 15-30 but don't want to break up the 10-20, at least not just yet.
