The hood has 450 in the circle. It looks like an M. It has factory rockshaft built above the trans & 3pt. It is diesel. I didn"t find a serial plate. Can anyone tell me what it is? Thanks

MM,
The guys are right. It's a B-450 made in England. I have one I restored a few years ago. That thing is a pulling fool...and uses half the fuel of my 450D. If you can grab it...do, you will never be sorry.

As the others have said, it is a B-450. I have one that is about 75% restored. Imported to the US only to the Memphis region and parts of Texas.

MM: They were built at Doncaster England. Super BMD was built until about 58-60, then it became B-450 and was built until about 65-67. They never had a TA version, no IPTO. Dealers in the southern US sold them for a spell after 460 was discontinued and before 06 tractors.

It is a B450 farmall that was made in Great Britan. They are the british make of the MD farmall. I have one and they are very interesting but are very hard to find parts for not including being very expensive when you do find them. They are direct start diesels which use glow plugs for starting. I would be interested in this old tractor if it is available.

It"s a Super BMD... or B450... I think they were one of first direct start diesels... Pretty cool find.
