The first thing with an engine I ever drove was a 1935 F-20. As far as I know they were all hand cranked (or coasted down a hill). I spent many hours plowing and mowing with it. It was bought by my grandfather and then my uncle farmed with it. It pulled a threshing machine from 1936 up until about 1952-3 besides plowing, cultivating, haying (had a New Method stacker), grinding feed, etc.

Added on. Folks claim differently, but they've never offered proof. I'd love to be proven wrong, but I've looked at parts books, owners manuals, advertising, and the internal factory specification lists, no luck. I do have ads for the Heisler conversions.
