CIH tractor styling is not worth a damn. The stinking Case hood was always the ugliest thing next to an AC. An 86 series is pretty sharp, and I love the 88 series. In fact I love all IH styling except for pre86 series cabs. . . enough said. An IH 5488 with FWA is 10 times better looking than those MX series or any magnum for that matter. Its a darn shame Tenneco didnt keep the two lines sepera

Yeah, the 86 and 88 series is pretty nice. I always liked the 1894(I think thats right) with the hood scoop, I always thought it looked pretty cool, the scoop added a "big and bad" look to it. I liked the New Holland Genesis tractors, but CNH sold the Genesis line to Buhler a year or two ago and they are now sold under the Versatile name. I belive they are still the very same tractor as they were when CNH had them and the new owners haven't changed a thing except the paint and the names of some stuff, like instead of super steer, they call it an ultra steer front end, etc... I really think they looked better in New Holland blue though.
