Anyone here a member of the IH collectors club?.. Their address is in park ridge , IL

I joined on 8-19-03, and was just re-reading my paperwork, and it mentions a quarterly newsletter. I was wondering when that newsletter is published, as I havn't seen one yet. ( Did I miss the cut-off date for the 3rd quarter? )

In any case, if someone is also a member and knows the publish dates, I would appreciate knowing them. Also, anyone know if back issue's from previous years are for sale? Does the club have a website? or an index to the back issues, if available?

Also, anyone in florida going to the north florida antique engine and tractor show in starke this year? ( december something... ) Last year I met a member of ytmag there... maybee more this year.

Thanks

I was one of the first members of the first Missouri chapter.I was very happy to be untill I went to the red power roundup in Booneville Mo.I made contact with some of the chapter leaders and was very disappointed, they didnt care that I was there . I had driven a long way at much expense.

I have been a member of Minnesota Chapter 15 since they were organized in 1994.
You can have a great time listening & learning from members of the collectors clubs; glad to have you along.
Chapters 15 (mostly southern MN & Northern IA) & 26 (Northwest MN + North & South Dakota) will be holding their 2005 summer show jointly at Lake Region Pioneer Threshing show in Dalton, MN the weekend after Labor Day.
We should have several hundred IH exhibits. Welcome one & all!!
You can call 218-736-6505 or send me an e-mail for info.

I am sure there many IH Collectors on this website. The IH site is Link This will get you all the current events of the Club. The next newsletter should be out any time. It is known as the Harvester Highlights. You might be interested to know that the next Winter Convention is going to be held in Florida. Check it out on the website! Welcome to the Club. Thanks for the warm welcome guys!

I just looked at my id card and that is what it says.. IH collectors.. worldwide.. no local chaper.. etc.

I'll hit the website and see about it. I was looking at dates, and figured I had missed the 3rd quarter.. but am glad to hear that 4th qtr newsletter is getting closer.

I've unhid my email if anyone needs to email me directly.

Florida shows are great. Between my long work days/weeks, and my farm.. I can't really do anything other than day trips.

thanks again.

I joined about a year ago, if I remember right, And have the January, April, and July editions. Looks like they are dated the 1st month of the quarter, but I don't remember what month they come. Looks like you missed the 3rd quarter, but you will get the 4th. In scanning the last issue, I don't find anything about past issues, could have missed it. The website is www.ihcollectors.org. Looks like you are from Florida or nearby. Their winter convention is in Ft Meade, FL -- Feb 26-29, 2004. The 2003 winter convention was in Topeka, KS in 2003, wanted to go, but was a little leery of traveling the week the Iraq war started. Regret not going now.
