Yes i'm back again with a question. I was wondering if it would be any good to change out the rear differential fluid and the gearboxes on my F-20 since it has sat for so long. Also the best method of going about this. Thanks.

An average size drain pan will do for the final drive boxes, look for the drain plugs at the bottom. The transmission-differential you will need two 5 gal. pails with the tops out or a large funnel that will fit the spout. The trans. holds 32 qt.s of lube so something large enough to catch it all.The plugs about 1/4 of the way up the final drive boxes, and the plug near the input shaft to the trans. are the level to refill them to.I tried 90wt. in mine but it was too light, got 85-140 wt. now,it seems alright for the light use it gets.
