Can anyone give me an idea what a set of stabilizing bars for my 3 pt. hitch will cost? I have the bracket to mount them but no bars.

Thanks in advance,

Jeff

Hi, you should be able to adjust the sway linkage such that there is very little sway in the 3 pt. hitch.
Using the center hole in the bracket under the axle such provide almost no sway on an implement that is operating at PTO hight. That is when the PTO is straight inline with the PTO shaft out of the tractor.

I don't remember the price, but they aren't cheap. I made some for my dad about 15-20 years ago from 1 1/8 or 1 1/4 round stock he had in the iron rack with flat plate welded on the ends for the pins to go through. He used them hard for years w/no trouble.
