first oil change - cub

I'm getting ready to service my 1966 International cub for the first time. I searched the archives and think I have the right oil filter number(s)
napa: 1153
wix: 51153
IH: 376373R91

Only problem is my local carquest and napa are colsed, (and the case dealership is closed as well.... )and are closed tomorrow. The local Tractor supply only has phram oil filters on the shelf, and don't have a cross book. I would love to get this oil changed tomorrow, but need a phram cross number for the filter.. assuming I have the right filter number, etc.

Am also figuring that I'll need 3pts 30wt oil correct?

thanks guys

My reference is not close at the moment, but memory says that the Fram number is C-135. No guarantees.

Close!.. a c235

I went over to fram's website, and they had a competitor cross reference guide there... it crossed the IH number. I was glad too, as my local TSC store -only- caries fram filters...

Thanks guys!

Make sure you warm her up good before you change the oil. If I were you I would get the right filter at your IH dealer. Make sure you get a new rubber seal with the filter too and you might want to pick up a new copper washer that goes on the bolt that passes through the filter while you are there.

Straight 30w, in fact the Cub Operator's Manual sez "Do not substitute SAE 10w30 or 10w40". 3 Quarts. I looked in several cross reference tables for a Fram equivalent to the Napa and Wix's, but it didn't come up.
