How common is it for a 560 to have a belt pulley? I am looking for a replacment tractor. And would like to get one with belt power and live hyd.

Dave: I guess we are all assuming you are refering to side mount pulley as oposed to PTO mount. I think the only ones you can even consider are MTA, 400 and 450. I never had a pulley on my 560, however the plate you remove to install a pulley is full width of tractor chassis and that is probably 2-3 inches wider than chassis of 300, 350 or 460. I had a 300 with a pulley at same time, 300 is quite small through chassis compared to the larger chassis.

Make sure you get on from a 560. The belt pulleys of a 460 and down have a different shape on the top of the casting. The reason is for the fuel tank clearence.

I have not seen many 560s with a belt pulley. The drive unit from an H, M and the number series 300, 400 will bolt on.

A belt pully unit from an M or a 400-450 might fit, a unit for an H or 300-350 is smaller, and will not interchange with an M, or 400-450.
