Maybe someone other than me has this problem...
The final drieve housing bolts keep loosening up on me.. its just the right side, when sitting on the tractor, i can tell when they've backed out due to the way that she pulls when i stop and start. i know that i've got one stripped out, should i just stick some lock tite on em and go with it or is there some possible hidden cause.
any ideas would be gratefully recieved..

The others are right, all I am going to tell you is stop using until you get it fixed. Those little offsets may not seem like a bundle of hp, however they do have the ability to break that casting even when it is tight.

There should also be to dowel pins to keep it from moving. If they are missing bolts will tend to loosen up.

There's no hidden cause. At the least you should get a tap and see if you can fix the threads. Otherwise, you can probably use helicoils. But, I've never heard of using them in that situation. You probably have damage to other threads in addition to the one you mentioned.
