A few shots from the Western NY 2 Cylinder Club plow day held at the Stokoe Farm Harvest Fest last Sunday. Three Farmalls joined a half dozen or so Deere tractors at this event. Despite rather wet conditions (we had 2-1/2" of rain on Friday afternoon) the plowing went well.

OUCH!!!! Plowing right after that much rain is NEVER good, you get bad clods that'll take 50 years to work out. But otherwise, real nice pics there!

Bob,
Thanks for those great pictures. One of these days I will get a ground plow for my A or Super A.
That looked like a great event. In the mean time will have to keep myself happy plowing snow and using my sicklemower!
Thanks scotty

Nice pics, Bob. That's a nice looking Super M. How many bottoms was it pulling?

Thanks Dave! That plow behind my Super M (incidentally the same plow seen behind the 400) is a 4 x 14" Oliver. We rescued it out of a fence row a few weeks ago where it had sat unused for 30+ years. Stuck on a fresh set of points, replaced a tire, hung on a cylinder and put it to work. Required a couple rounds to scrub the rust off the moldboards, but once clean it plowed pretty good. Pulled fine in 2nd gear. Nice to hear the old Farmall 4 cylinder doing real work once again!
