We have the sleeves out , and want to remove the crankshaft...I'm figuring the block will need to come off and get the clutch off the flywheel etc. We can get the rails and front bolster off using a forklift, my question is about bolts holding block to clutch housing , after rail bolts(x8) are off , what other bolts attach block to tractor? aren't they inside?

They are under the front gas tank support going in from the back of the bellhousing. One is on the outside of the bellhousing, the other you have to access through the starter hole. Also, don't forget to remove the alignment dowels, there are 2 of them that look like bolts sticking out, thread a nut on them and keep turning, they will come out. If they don't come that way I have always got them out with a vise grip.
