Be glad John Deere is giving Agco competition,or we will pay the Agco price. I liked it the best when everyone was separate.IH Case AC MM Oliver MF and all the others. Competition is the best thing. It keeps prices down, and makes a company work to do it. It also makes a company design and improve its products.

Now if you had said AGCO was buying out Deere, I might have believed you. AGCO's been on a buying frenzy over the last several years, and they are turning profits(unlike Deere and Case New Holland).

You're so full of crap its coming out of your mouth. Ha Ha. Happy April Fools, everybody. I have to say one thing though: It would be typical for John Deere to be bought by Case New Holland. Only the best can outlast the rest. Later

I heard something about that a couple years ago, aint nothin more about it since. While visiting the Farm Show in Syracuse, New York, I saw a tractor (NEW!!!) that had "McCormick" written on it. When I was asking the sales rep about it he was refering to it as if it came from England. Just Don't know anymore.

You're right Greaseman, I just read about the new "McCormick International" in Progressive farmer magazine. It's red and share's the name of the old tractor but that's about it. I think it's made in England and the tranny's are made in France. It seems the company bought out one of the Case IH factory's over there in England.

God bless

Scott
