I have a WD40 motor pulled down and after the trouble I had getting the pistons out past the crank,I'm not looking forward to putting them back in the same way. It's been suggested to me that it is possible to machine a tiny amount off the Rod big end which would allow it fit back in the Sleeve in the more conventional way, from the top.Any information on this one. Another option ,I guess,is to press the sleeves out and replace the piston and sleeve as one unit. Any help appreciated.Redfan.
