On a 59 inch belly mower for a Farmall Cub, are the blade bolts right hand or left hand thread?

my woods 59 has rt hand threads. they can be a bugger to get loose. i have an old piece of water pipe about 6 ft long, either 2-1/2 or 3 inch, i slip it thru the discharge chute over the end of the blade to hold it, then use a 3/4 drive socket on a breaker bar. works prety good to hold the blade. you can also try sliding a 2x4 in the deck to hold the blade from turning. be careful tho, it can slip.
