I am about to start on a Farmall Super C. It hasn't run in three years and needless to say it will need to have some work done to it in the spring. For now I want only to sart it and hopefully warm it up. Any Idea's?

If tractor was in running condition when parked and was out of weather you should have no problem. While all the advice others have given is good I tend to be a little lazy and have started many that have sat longer than 3 years by pouring in gasoline, installing hot battery and firing them up. If tractor has sat out and engine is full of water thats another story.

Greaseman for now, I would change the oil and filter. Drain out all the old gas and start with fresh. Pull and clean the spark plugs. Don't get the plug wires mixed up! While you have the plugs out, I usually will crank the engine over until I get an indication of oil pressure. Also remove the distributor cap and crank with the coil switch on and make sure you get a spark at the points. If the tractor has been stored in a damp area, those points can get crud on them.

I am sure you will get other tips.

I hope it's not stuck and nobody "borrowed" any parts off it.
I would pull the oil pan and clean out any sludge, put fresh oil in it and squirt a little oil in each sparkplug hole then turn it over with the hand crank a few times to get some lubrication distributed around in it. Check for rust in the gas tank and drain all the old gas out of it and the carburator then replace it with fresh.
It might not take much more to get it to start, if you're lucky.
Good Luck!
