Taillight question

I have found a combination taillight that I have been told is for a Super A, 100, etc.; however, I'm unsure. The housing is stamped "Guide R8-50" and the glass lens has "Do-Ray Lamp Co., Chicago, USA" and the numbers "30127" and "2" cast into it. Is this light correct for the offset Farmalls, or is it for another model? Thanks in advance!

This is the one on my dads 1950 C. It sounds like the one you discribed. Had a hard time finding a socket and bulb combo that would fit in the hole for the little red light. Ours was long since gone. This one is tear drop shaped not the flatter one like the headlights on the Supers.

Thank you for your help. The taillight has the red light built into the reflector of the white light. My 100 has the remains of a combination taillight on it, but the red light in it is different from the one I found. I just wanted to check.

Glenn: Is this the one with a smaller teardrop/red lens piggybacked on a larger teardrop/clear lens? My Super C survived its years in the woods with one like that intact, even as it lost most of its other electricals. Interesting little buggers. RedTed/MO.

My super A has a tail light like you describe. I dont know the numbers off hand. I think that same tail light was on all super letter series tractors. I had an H , super M , 2 super A's and a 300. It was on all of them.

Glenn my wife has one of those on her Super C and it is listed as an attachment in the parts book that I have for the Super C. I would assume the Super A would have the same options as far as lights go? I'll bet it came with the tractor when it was new.
