Should I use oil or anything else on the outside of the sleeve when I install it on my 400? I didn't know if there was any kind of product that was used to ease removal of the sleeve in the future or if anything was used to enhance heat transfer between the sleeve and block.

Having lots of fun here working on that tractor. Thanks,
Bob

Bob on my 1951 H project two years ago, I coated the inside of the cylinder walls and the outside of the sleeves with WD 40. I was able to push all 4 down around half way then tapped them into position with a wood block and hammer.
