Are you talking about the Farmall 350 High-Clear or the International 350 Hi-Utility. If you are talking about the Farmall Hi-Clear, there used to be a few in the Mississippi Delta but they are all long gone. There were also quite a few in Louisiana at one time but I imagine they are also long gone. I live in north Georgia now and there never were any Farmall High-Clear tractors in this area but there might be an occassional International Hi-Utility around although I don't know where. I went to the IH Red Power Days tractor show in Tennessee a couple of years ago and there were several Farmall Hi-Clear tractors at the show but I don't remember if any of them were a Farmall 350 Hi-Clear.
