I'm confused...Ken Updike was kind enough to help me with an ether grommet that I'm needing. I did the click trick on his name and got an email address. I use Groupwise and not Internet mail service. I sent him two messages and both came back "Transfer Failed". I'm not sure what I did wrong. Can anyone help me get ahold of him?

JB, I have to use Lotus Notes for email at work and
the sysadmin recently upgraded the system. This
caused my email to the ATIS discussion board to
begin "bouncing" without me being aware. The ATIS
owner emailed me to let me know my postings were
not getting through because my address had changed from phil_auten@tx.acer.com to
"Phil Auten" phil_auten@tx.acer.com.
The quotes were causing the email problem. Since
my sysadmin, like most, is a know-it-all and
refused to help, I got a free email account on
Netcenter's Webmail. You should be able to do the
same thing and solve this problem, if you have
internet access (which you seem to have).
Feel free to contact me directly if you need more
info.

Hope this is helpful,
Phil

Today's Featured Article - Hydraulic Basics - Part 2 - by Curtis Von Fange. In the last entry to this series we gave a brief overview of hydraulic system theory, its basic components and how it works.
