Troy Oliver,Co RD 245,Ovalo TX 79541.
Troyboy now nicked named Farmallmantoo sells junk parts on the YT auction page. I have have been fighting him to pay me the $404.00 he owes me,since Oct. I sold{gave] him parts.
I send two emails a day,for the last 30 days. He responded twice, to the fact I can't spell, and nothing to the matter of payment.
I call him,and I get no answers. I am HOT! Has anyone else had dealings with him?? Don Livingston

I would send a certifed letter, return receipt, with the information to ship it or return the money within a certain number of days or you will file a claim in small claims court including expenses..i would believe you could do it in your county ,so he would have to answer to them. Check with the D>A> That is what they get paid for.

HEY EVERYBODY!! My first post to this forum not long ago, I used the handle Farmall man. I later discovered That someone else was using that handle, so I changed it to Farmall Man too. Now I see Farmallmantoo is being used by someone else. Please do not confuse me with them. I will now use Marvin S for my handle.

Waiting on him right now and I am not real impressed. Bought a PTO shield for a late 560 from him, and the 560 it came off of was so late that it was called an 806. He has a lot of neat stuff, but I have bought my last part from him.

I just won an auction on the auction site for a 3 pt hitch from this fellow. Now you guys are making me wonder if I should send the money? Is there any guarantee I will get my part? I have used e-bay hundreds of times and they stand behind there sales.

What do you guys think?

I have purchased several parts from him from the yt auction, and have always gotton the parts within a week or two without any trouble.

Sounds like you need to take a vacation down to see him, i had a simiular experance with a guy in minnesota over a hdy pump for a AC 190 it was junk and when i called him and told him that it was junk and was sending it back and wanted my 650 bucks puls shipping for both way back he just laughed then i told him that just because he thought that since i lived so far away that i would not do anything he could get away with it till i told him that i would come and get in about three hours of flying time with freinds got my money back . won't deal with him again.

Get ahold of the county prosecutor or the police in Ovalo Texas. Non-payment is a crime!

All I can say is he don't reply to emails, he don't know how to properly package items to ship and he appartently don't know you can go to the post office and pay for shipping, he just slaps on a bunch of stamps out the door it goes. He also relisted the part I bought from him after I sent the check out but pulled the listing when he got the money, out of 8 or 9 emails I sent him he only replied to one and that was to answer a question as to what style it was.
