YEP, found at least that much "mixture" after draining oil on my recent H rebuild. Checked head nut torque, started at 50 ft/lbs, all ok. Went to 70 ft/lbs,,,almost all a little loose,,finally went to 80 ft/lbs on all and went over them several times. Engine runs great, no smoke, good sound, starts easy. Shortblock was a rebuilt from a place in Ind.,,,Headwork was done,,checked for cracks (magnaflux),,,"trueness",,,,hardened exhaust seats installed, with new valves. I do remember adding at least a gallon antifreeze to fill after the rebuild, (didn't think much of it at the time. Finally, flushed engine with a gallon of diesel and let drain. Added 6 quarts new oil and filter and ran around field for about 30 min in 4th gear.,,,,Afraid to go check oil again!!!!My radiator pressure tester wont hook up to the radiator, need a different adaptor. Sounds bad,,,like a cracked block,,,or could that much water leak past a sleeve????No bubbles in the radiator, maybe should look inside the inspection cover on the left side of the motor before pulling the oil pan,,,,,HELP!!!!! !!!!!

Didi you tighten the nuts in the proper order or did you start from one side and go to the other.Best guess is the head gasket.

I have done a couple of Farmall M's and H's they have dry sleeves. If it is not the head gasket look for a leaking crack. Could be behind a sleeve. Take the pan off and fill the block with water . . . check for leaks underneath.

Sounds like the wrong head gasket to me, running oil directly into the push rod cavity.

You don't have wet sleeves do you?

I'd drain it again, and if no water, check to see if someone's been messing with you. If you find water, I'd leave the drain plug out and put water in. If some drips out, pull the pan and you'll see where it is coming from.
