Can anyone tell me how to mount a windshield on a 300 farmall? I bought the 300 from an elderly lady and she said it came with the windshield in 1956. It is a half circle with some metal rods.

Mike, I remember a 400 that my grandpa used to have it had a heat hauser on it that had a windshield on it maybe that is what you have. As I remember it had a bracket that bolted to the steering column and rods that went down to the floor or maybe the axles.

Hi Mike, You got my interest up so I look thru my parts CD for all 300 series tractors and there was no windshield listed as a standard part extra from IH. Could have been a add on after market part tho.
