Just purchased a used jd350b with winch.
Repinned on both sides, new rollers on one side other side needs to have new rollers, diesel started right up in 45 degree weather, not been really run in three years.
Right brake band appears greasy and does not hold.

Standard questions:
What is a good deal? $4500?
Suggestions on where to purchase new rollers(aftermarket) Can they be rebuilt
Have gone over the manuals, but are there any specific items I should examine in this model to correct now before use
Is there a source of used ROPS When I change the brake band am I likely also going to need to do the steering clutch

OH Year....How to I demonstrate to my wife I appreciate not having to sleep in the barn all summer... Her comment "After 25years, I'm used to equipment just showing up.."

Not a bad price you paid. Im in california and jd 350 sell for 8-10k in the cond of yours.
Ask your local dealer to put your request on the hot line,He might come up a rops. The brake band will be a pain to repair.I have poured paint thiner in the compartment that houses the brake band to clean it,then syphoned it out.It worked for me.good luck.

Thanks for the reply
Well, got it home and not only is the brake band faulty, the steering clutch on that side also is gone, Looks like I am about to learn about dozers :>

Do you know any source of used parts?
