Need help with year, weight, and what horsepower this TD9 is, and any other info you care to share. Also, what is an average price for a unit in good shape, running, with rippers & a Drott 4in1. I found the following on the tractor. TD92 4119. The loader has the following info on it. Model 9K3, Ser.# B-12809 Thanks your assistance.

left side of THIS page, RESEARCH & INFO, SERIAL NUMBERS, INTERNATIONAL CRAWLERS, TD9, TD9-92.

1960 Started with S/N 3353
1961 Started with S/N 5895

Lots of guys like to pretend they dont know what year things are, just to make you think it's newer than it really is, and most people don't realize just how easy it is to look them up to verify them.

The best forum for info on these is "redpowermagazine.com", forums, construction equipment. The guys there were the owners, operators, and mechanics on them back when they were in everyday use.

Thanks for the reponse & the things to check.
After I posted this I recieved a call back for the guy that has it and he's thinking it's a 1965, is this possible and where can I get the list that shows the year, model, series, etc. for future use. Is there any other numbers I should check for to confirm?

TD92 4119 -- 1960 TD9-92
9K3 --- Drott Skid-Shovel built on a TD-9 chassie.

Should be the 6cyl direct start instead of the 4 cyl gas start diesel.
not shure of HP but should be around 60 HP.
Weight is gonna be around 18,000#.

With rippers AND the 4 in 1...? Good find...
Standard bucket without the ripper in good shape will get up to $5000.

Some parts can be hard to find, but most can be found for reasonable prices. Check out the steering in both directions, steering clutch rebuilds can cost $500 per side.

Very good machines, can do almost anything with the 4 in 1 bucket.
