Hey Folks got a 1150D Case dozer i'm workin on for a guy, it has a unique problem i've never saw before the tractor will run all day long never run hot never give up in any way but after it warms up it starts getting air bubbles in the transmission fluid and also when you come back to neutral and let it sit for a minute it will blow about a quart of fluid out the transmission breather. I've checked the other vents checked the suction line to the charge pump its not sucking air its creating it somewhere, changed filters, checked for hose restriction, made sure it was not overfull of trans fluid, not done and pressure tests yet does anyone know anything about this beast dont have a manual he's got a B manual and its nothing like this and all it shows anyway is hose schematic. Sorry for the long post but i'm at wits end.

Our 450B did about the same thing when the charge pump seal was leaking,so I agree that could be the problem. Also, did you check the screen on the suction line? Could be blocked/clogged.

hi, I would seriously consider the seal in the trans charge pump . not familiar with 1150D though ,mostly work on 1000, 1150, and 1150B. if trans pressure is slow to come up at first start in mourning, seal is likely the problem. on the early tractors over filling doesn't cause any trouble. on a 1000 dozer we always ran 2 gallons over, and when I graded the motorcycle hill climb we ran 5 gallons over full. been 30 years tractor still runs great.

Thanks guys for the posts I had thought about that since my post because it is slow starting up (as far as the driveshaft turning when first starting the tractor) I'll try that thanks again for the help.
