I have a td15b that has been setting since last fall. I got it started, but, it leaves a trail of oil behind it and the engine oil is over full and the oil looks and feels diluted. The machine has hardly been used since the oil was changed. Can anyone guess what's going on? I will start by changing the oil. What should use for oil and how much does it hold? Thanks for any help.

If the oil is overfull, you probably have water/antifreeze leaking from the waterjacket into the pan. Most likely a cracked block from freezing over the winter. You might try some barr's leak or the powdered almuminum sealer available. If it is water, the oil will have a grey foamy color and texture. The only other thing i can think of, is one of your injectors is leaking fuel oil and it is running into the pan
