Try contacting H&R Contruction Parts in Buffalo, NY. There number is 716-891-4311. They have tons of old loader parts. They might even have an old original manual for you.

hough did come out with articulated loader first. They were bought out by international harvester, which kept the brand name for loaders for awhile. then they where called pay loaders. ih was bought out by dresser which sold off the construction line to komatsu later on. but the likely hood of getting parts from them is slim. there are still some parts to be found though.

I heard that some of these machines were made in France by Decauville. Is it articulated or has it stering rear wheels?

the id. tag says it was built in libertyville Ill.
It's a small loader not weighing over 4000Lbs. It does not articulate, it has a steering wheel. the bucket is about 40 inches wide.It looks like maybe what the skid steer loaders evolved from.
Any info. would be great. thanks Ben

It is my understanding that Hough was bought out by Clark Equipment many years ago. Parts and info may be available through their dealers. Hmmm. Now did Clark get bought out by someone else?
