I have a 1960 6 speed 930 diesel with a hand clutch, and this is one work horse of a tractor...not the easiet to operate or best of comfort.... but for my money I won't complain. A fella was bringing me about 18 yards of fill...started backing in with is triple axle Kenworth and buried it down to the axles (wet clay can be tricky stuff). He looks over at my 930 and says you think that old thing can pull me out...well I chained up his Kenworth (had him to dump the load the best he could) then without a grunt that 930 smoothly pulled him right out...no spins...then I said what do you think about this old thing? And he said that one @#$^*&! good tractor. This tractor is leaky here and there and has to be fed a little starter fluid with a good battery charge...but as I've heard before and I do testify...it IS a beast. I did change out the seat to get up a little more higher visibility...that worked! I use it to plant sweet corn (I'm the guy with the 4 row IH planter...another story for another time), disc, pull a wagon and box blade work. When I bought it the previous owner had installed a home made 3 point hitch and did a top notch job...but one of the leaks is at the top of the hyraulic ram.

930 6 speed comfort king standard. Took it to a JD plow day the green guys hooked it to a 5 bottom 14 " plow in heavy clay worked all day. Used a little oil but thats the only bad.I was the only one who didnt run it that day. Real nice tractor much more comfy than my 500 or the old IHC diesels I usually run.

I have a 930 comfort king with a hand clutch and 6 speed. I used it for the first time about a month ago pulling an 18ft disk. I knew it would pull it, but i figured it would get hot, burn oil, ect. I ran it for 3 hourd straight and it never got above 170 and didnt burn a drop of oil. I was really impressed with it. Need to get a muffler though.

I call mine "Teddy Roosevelt" because he's a rough rider - but gets the job done!
