I have taken the right side off the pump for repair,
(I hooked onto a branch and broke the elbow) when I took it apart some springs and two ball bearings came out, and I dont know how to put it back together, I hope someone can help me.
Also what type of fluid do I put back into it?
is this the same fluid that the transmission uses?
I have posted pictures on the case photo gallery because I cant figure out how to post them with this email
I really need some help here
Thanks

the gasket that was there is a very thin paper type gasket. Cant I cut out a new gasket, out of gasket material? Thanks for the diagram, but I cant make anything out, I have tried to open it in other programs to see if I could blow it up but the resolution is too low

thanks

Will give a try! small pins (auxillaryspools ) go in small holes ----balls go in tractor 1 in each hole than spring with small end toward balls --stamped pieces go in with large end in recess on piece you removed. smallend will guide spring. Dont know how you will seal pressure since you removed head? Did gasket tear? CASE HAS A SEALANT YOU CAN USE AN MAYBE A AUTO PARTS STORE WOULD HAVE AVAIBLE .It has to seal 1500psi or there abouts. If you didnt tear seal you might get lucky. If you use sealer you have to remove all old stuff

Here's a parts schematic that might help if you can blow it up large enough to read. Did you get another elbow? If not they are hard to find. One solution is to put a 1/2 inch standard 90 degree hydraulic swivel in the hole and braze in in place, with the head off of course.

Well, if you can follow the drawing, on the top side of the threaded hole there is another hole, it goes up and makes a right turn. The small spring and ball go in there. Ball first. LOL!
