am Belgian French-speaking person and it is not the first time that I address to you! Owner of a tractor DB 990, frame number : 990A 5044 17 S. I wish to have a dupplicata of the compliance certificate to register it in Belgium. Where do I have to address myself??

Ok so what's this think about Compliance Certificate and what is it being complied to.

I think we need some extra information to help you.

Also what's all this registering of tractors over there is that a normal thing in your country. Over here we just buy them and run them. They are old tractors and don't have to meet any requirments here. Walt Davies

Good evening to you!

Effectively, in Belgium it is necessary to have the certificate of correspondence (or compliance) to register a vehicle even if he is more than 30 years old.
