I recently bought one of the new Spec Cast DC"s and they look great. One of the better high production models I"ve seen. I am wondering where the crank that comes with it is supposed to be put? I left mine in the box.

I think they are great looking but i would love to see them come out with a case 400 gas rowcrop tractor that would be so cool.

They made the 400's in a plastic version, I have 3, and a guy in South Dakota had a casting and used to make one himself till Case got wind of him and shut him down right quick. Got one of his last bodies that I am going to finish sometime. Still don't know why a company that wasn't the true Case anymore, Case IH, and worse now, would be so upset with people trying to keep the name alive.

After I read your post I went to my local Case-IH dealer to check, but they don't have them yet. The toy manager works in one of this dealer's other stores so we called him but he doesn't know much yet. He's going to check and get back to me. Form the pictures I've seen, they still did not get the proportions of the radiator cap correct--too much of an arch to the "Eagle Wing". I have several original caps and the wing is straight, not arched.

.tommy; yes the eagle wing is not right but the fenders are the worst part too big for that tractor and they sit on cast iron standards, but other than that is is a very nice toy and it STEERS with the steering wheel and very good detail, two compartment tank with gas manifold but is is the best from them yet tom

Does the crank fit under the seat, just like the real ones?
