I'm looking for an operator's manual for a David Brown 3800. Will probably want service and parts manuals later, and suggestions for parts sources.

I was kind of surprised how many parts I could get for my David Brown at the local Case dealer. They were pricey, but that is probably the case with all tractor parts.

I just bought one and ordered my manuals through the case dealer. They are going to be tough to get parts from though. You might send Elmer in Canada an email @ [email protected] He will be able to get you most of the stuff you need. He is getting me some. I have 8 David Browns'. How good a shape is yours in. Send me a picture. Where are you located.

Thanks for the replies. Yes, I am now in email contact with Elmer who is being very helpful.
This is still in the "thinking of buying" stage; it hasn't run for a while (said to be just ignition points) and hydraulics not working. Very straight metal and new tires. I'm in Nova Scotia, Canada.
