rocker arm pads

Trying to get the 49 vac put back together and noticed that the rocker arm pads are quite worn and in need of replacement. Just wondering if anyone knew where I could get replacements? I had the lifters resurfaced before putting them back in and I am afraid that if I did the same to the rocker arm pads that it would create to much clearance, so I hope they are available or can they somehow be built up and then resurfaced? Thanks for the help, Case

Anyone that has a valve grinder with a rocker arm resurfacing attachment on it can make them like new. I can do it. I'm in St. Croix Falls,WI. Bruce
