I just bought a Case 380 Construction King and I'm looking for information on the model and year...among other things, since I have to do a few repairs before I can use it. It does run, the loader and pto work, the three pt. doesn't lift and it will not move...other than that...a nice tractor to start out with. There is a serial number plate on the left side (from the operators view)of the loader and I've found manuals for a variety of models (380B, 380CK, also loader landscaper designation for both), but I don't want to order one until I figure out the exact model.
Since I don't know the year, I've been told late 70's, I'm not sure if this is the right place to be searching.
This is my first tractor, although I have grown up around many different makes.
Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks Tom in Michigan

Same Tom that emailed me about 380LL manuals? We had a 380LL about a '79 model and could send you some pics of it in manual for ID also. Send me a serial number by email and I can maybe ID the year from a blue book serial number list. I think the number is for just loader and another number should be on a plate on RH fender. Blue books show Case/David Brown 380CK Industrial made 1974-80 with a David Brown 164 CID engine, 48 PTO HP. The tractor was made by David Brown for Case in England and the loader and backhoe attachments were added over here I was told. 380B Industrial was made 1985-91 with a 50 HP engine but I have no other info on the engine.
