Have a significant leak from the swivel-type hose connector coming out of the right side of the hyraulic pump. It seems to be leaking at the swivel joint. Is this part available at the Case dealerships or do I have to look elsewhere? Is there a part #?

Paul, when and where did you buy yours? Was at the local Case / IH dealer today and they called up the same number (3769AA), but the guy said they were not available.

Time flies...it has been over a year. It was $56.41 each and the new number was A30872

Paul, using the number you gave me, I called the Case dealer back. They had five in their warehouse. If I bought all five and sold them a year later, I would have made a good investment. They now want $84.00 for the same part that you paid $50.00 for last year.

Anyway, thanks for the info. I have limited choice, but to buy, but could try welding the old one as suggested, for a spare.

I couldnt find one, funny thread size. I ended up welding the seam.

Had to weld the seam on the flow control elbow of my DC. I used a little 110v mig welder and it was still almost too hot.

I'm curious about how you did that. Did you braze it, use a Mig welder or what? In case I can't find one that may be my only solution.

Also, the spring in there is shaped like a cone --can't remember which way it came out--Do you recall? Does the smaller end go toward the connector?

I just bought two from the Case dealer this summer. They are about $80 each. I am pretty sure they are readily available, however.

Jim.
