I am tring to find out what the original color is
suppose to be for this tractor for my father and
boy friend. Because they would like to repaint it the original color.

You may have your model model deignation mixed. It its a DC-4, prety big tractor, and that fits with 1943 year then the color of the tractor is Flambeau red, silver rims on back, and the starter is black. If its a sickle mower then Oliver green will just about match the old Case implement green.Later model Case brush hog type mowers were Flambeau red, just like the tractor.

The information on the tractor says that it is a C.D. 14 for a mfg model and the date of delivery was 3-15-43. and i would like to find out the original color for my father.
